This 30 HP Cleaver Brooks steam boiler is ready for purchase.  This unit has new waterside and fireside gaskets.  It has new sight glass and sight glass valves.  This 30 HP also has new safety valve, steam valve, LWCO valve, and feed water valve.  The water side is clean.  The pilot assembly was inspected and cleaned.  The burner has been cleaned.  The entire unit has been cleaned and painted.  It has been test fired and hydro tested and is ready for shipping.  Call Firstech Services for any of your boiler room needs 863-537-1377.
